- Lead technical teams consisting of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Dashboard Engineers.
- Design end-to-end Big Data architecture, from data ingestion, processing, storage, to analytics and visualization
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, R, Apache Airflow, SSIS, or similar platforms.
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices for Big Data projects.
- Manage and optimize Big Data platforms and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), including lakehouse technologies such as Delta Lake, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for basic dashboard creation and visualization.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure data solutions support decision-making.
- Mentor team members and ensure technical development standards, code quality, and documentation are met
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are adhered to.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Big Data Analytics.
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects as Full Stack Developer in Data Analytics/Data Science.
- Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Apache Airflow, SSIS, AWS, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
- Able to design end-to-end Big Data architecture: ingestion, processing, storage, analytics, visualization.
- Experienced in Big Data platforms & cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and lakehouse technologies (Delta Lake, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Big Data Analytics certification is a plus.
