This role involves driving sustainable practices across operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and effectively communicating sustainability achievements to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect environmental and social performance data, including energy usage, emissions, waste, and community engagement.
- Analyze sustainability data using various tools and methodologies to provide insights into environmental and social impacts
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
- Monitor key performance indicators related to sustainability goals and targets, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant sustainability data and integrate sustainability practices into various processes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvements in environmental and social performance.
- Stay up to date with environmental regulations and reporting requirements, and ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in communicating sustainability initiatives and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from Environmental Engineering or related fields
- Min. 2 years of experience in ESG-related roles or sustainability management
- Have experience in sustainability or corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, environmental compliance, governance, and social impact programs.
- Familiar with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and global standards.
