ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant

• Lead the design, implementation, and roll-out of advanced supply chain and inventory systems across our hospital network.
• Implement and maintain ERP, predictive analytics, AI/ML tools for supply chain.
• Manage item master data, UDI, catalog/contract sync, and data quality.
• Configure systems for demand planning, replenishment, barcoding, POU, lot/serial tracking.
• Develop analytics for forecasting, inventory health, service levels, and cost-to-serve.
• Coordinate phased deployment of inventory solutions across hospital units, collaborating with business users, IT, consultants, and ERP project teams.
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and benefit realization from new systems and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in ERP, supply chain systems, analytics, or inventory management.
• Experience leading system roll-outs or multi-site deployments.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, forecasting, ERP modules, and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL preferred).
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
