We are looking for an
ERP Functional Consultant to support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation of ERP modules, especially
Supply Chain Management modules.
Job Description
- Conduct user requirement gathering and initial assessments.
- Translate business needs into functional documentation (FSD/Blueprint).
- Communicate user requirements to the technical/development team.
- Perform system testing and validation.
- Support ERP implementation for Finance, Inventory, and Sales workflows.
- Deliver training and user guidance.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals and functional documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- 23 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP operations.
- Basic understanding of Procurement - Inventory - Production Planning - Distribution & Logistic - WMS - Supplier/Vendor Management flows.
- Familiar with ERP systems (any platform).
- Basic technical understanding of database/spreadsheet for analysis.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and adaptive.
