ERP Developer

We are looking for ERP Developer to develop, customize, and integrate ERP applications. This role works closely with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Customize and enhance ERP modules (forms, workflows, reports, roles & permissions).

• Develop clean, efficient code following ERP platform standards.

• Build and maintain APIs or middleware for integrating ERP with external systems (HRIS, e-commerce, CRM, payment gateway).

• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across ERP environments.

• Design/modify tables, stored procedures, views, and reports.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixing, and provide ERP technical support.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, infrastructure, DBA, QA, and project teams.

• Stay updated on ERP best practices and vendor updates.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year software development experience, preferably in ERP.

• Proficiency in C# / .NET / X++ / Java / Python.

• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

• Familiarity with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, Epicor, Navision) is highly preferred.

• Understanding of API/REST/SOAP, middleware, and system integration.

• Knowledge of reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality outputs on deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and stay updated with ERP technologies.
