PT. Siemens Energy Indonesia is currently seeking for a Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EQS) Professional to join our Cilegon Service Center team.

As the EQS Professional in our service center, you will have the overall responsibility of the EQS management systems, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

How You'll Make An Impact

The role has the responsibility to support the Service Center Manager and in Country Manager with the EQS elements identified in the Regional Core and the Zero Harm Framework.

Regional Core includes elements within the following categories:

  • Legal structure and compliance with country and local EQS regulations
  • Health promotion and programs
  • Regulation and compliance
  • Support for the reporting of incidents, investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • KPI Reporting
  • Annual reporting
  • EHS Communications
  • Project/ Resource Management
  • Manage the EHS component of the Regional Integrated Management System

Leadership


  • Champion of EQS within the service center
  • Providing guidance and or support to other department
  • Sound knowledge of Legislative / Regulatory and International Standards requirements and keeps abreast with the changes ensuring all functions / personnel within SE TI CP SV-ME&AP REP CIL are made aware as applicable.
  • Guiding and educating all personnel on EQS requirements based on the established management system.
  • Disseminating EQS details and information from SE and Region on timely manner in accordance with the line of communication.

Stakeholder Engagement


  • Ensure timely engagements with internal and external stakeholder as well as fulfilling all requirements considering the interfaces along the life of an activity or project

Implementation:


  • Participate in all meetings, engagements and collaborate with the region focal points on EQS matters and ensure all applicable requirements are effectively rolled out across SE TI CP.
  • Ensures EQS activities are adhering and where applicable complementing with SE and the Regional EHS Plan / Road Map.

Audits and Incident Management


  • Support responsible EQS teams in the areas when needed and guide them in respect to legal requirements.
  • Ensure the corrective and preventive actions i.e. Lesson Learned are implemented effectively and the efficiency of those are gauged during inspections or audits as part of the continuous improvement process.

Competence Management


  • Ensure training requirements for shop floor and operational personnel and contractors are fulfilled according to established training matrix.
  • All training records are maintained appropriately and easily accessible and retrievable.

Risk Management / Assessment


  • Facilitate and guide all relevant personnel / functions on risk management / assessment methodology.
  • Ensures risk assessments are performed and covered wide across all activities
  • Review and update the risk assessment accordingly considering review cycle, audit finding, customer requirements and incidents.

Reporting


Ensure accurate, complete and timely internal and external EQS reporting in accordance with the stipulated requirements and frequency.

Continuous Improvement

Always being proactive and seeking ways and mechanisms to improve EQS with emphasis on simplification, digitalization and innovation which are essence of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Holds a Safety Professional Certificate from DISNAKER (Ahli K3 Umum, SMK3 Auditor), has Quality certification and or training (ISO IMS Auditor), and other possess recognized certificates that showcase your expertise.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in EQHS and a basic understanding or willingness to learn about Quality within SE.
  • Understands the incident management lifecycle comprising incident reporting including classification, containment / corrections, Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Has good command of English, both written and spoken, ensuring seamless communication in our global environment
  • Has good communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey EQS details and requirements to diverse audiences.
  • Ability in guide and collaborate with various functions on all EQS matters.
  • Having auditing qualifications and experience in auditing against ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001.
  • Has the ability to analyze and solve EQS matters, identifying root causes on EQS incident and establishing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Good understanding of applicable statutory / legislative requirements, ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant requirements (government and international requirements).
  • Experience within the energy sector or site EHS requirements will be an added advantage, allowing you to bring domain-specific insights to the role.
  • Any experience in the field of Quality Management and Security is a plus as both topics are part of the overall scope and any support on those topics will be seen as a benefit.
