Conduct and/or review Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), SIF Risk Assessment, Asset Criticality assessment, Risk-based Inspection and other risk assessment for complex industrial projects
Ensure project adherence to applicable codes or Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), local regulations, and the IFC Performance Standards or ADB Safeguard Requirements.
Overseeing inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITP) strategies for Critical Safety Devices (CSD) or Safety Critical Elements (SCE)
Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Collaborate with project sponsors, engineering firms, and local regulators to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on Objective fulfillment
Monitoring environmental, social and sustainability impact metrics and relevant performance parameters
Manage ESMS permits and licenses required for the plants operations, including
Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation
Compile Regular Reporting to all stakeholders such as government and project sponsor
Support ESMS Certification such as ISO 14001, SMK3, AGA ESMS, Product Certification
