Assistant Environmental Specialist (Project-Based / Freelance)

About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Environmental Specialist to support the Environmental Expert (Tenaga Ahli) in conducting ASDAM (Aspek dan Dampak Lingkungan) revalidation across multiple project sites. This is a project-based (freelance) role with clear deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support ASDAM revalidation through research, desk study, and data processing.
- Conduct regulatory and literature review related to environmental compliance.
- Map operational activities, environmental aspects, and impacts based on existing documents.
- Assist in environmental risk analysis based on site conditions or incidents.
- Collect, verify, and compile data from project sites into ASDAM matrices.
- Coordinate with site teams to complete required data.
Target Output
- Produce 810 ASDAM matrix documents per person, ready for final review by the Environmental Expert.
Qualifications
- S1 Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or environmental consulting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ISO 14001:2015, ASDAM/HIRA, and environmental risk management.
- Detail-oriented, resilient with tight timelines, and willing to travel to project sites.
