Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as Ahli K3 Umum, K3 Construction, and/or SMK3
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Prior experience in Operations or Operation & Maintenance (O&M) environments
- Strong technical knowledge in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems, including risk assessment and hazard identification
- Excellent non-technical competencies, including communication skills, networking ability, and strong interpersonal relationships
- Placement in Cikini, Jakarta Pusat
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing frameworks and policies, as well as handling occupational health and safety issues in the workplace
- Monitoring, analyzing, and investigating incidents/accidents that occur in the workplace
- Evaluating and conducting routine inspections of the workplace and Company vendors/partners regarding the implementation of occupational health and safety policies
- Analyzing investigations and reports on the effectiveness and suitability of procedures for the implementation of occupational health and safety policies
- Develop structured training aimed at maintaining and improving OSH awareness in the workplace
- Analyze HSE Management System requirements and compile them into RFS and RFP, and conduct evaluations as part of the improvement process
- Coordinate with relevant functions in the implementation of OSH aspects to achieve the golden rules of HSE
