About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entrepreneurship Specialist to join our team. This role combines curriculum development, project coordination, and administrative support to strengthen our entrepreneurship programs. The ideal candidate is someone who understands entrepreneurial education, has strong organizational skills, and can contribute to both academic and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design, review, and enhance entrepreneurship-related curriculum and learning modules.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to ensure relevance and alignment with real-world practices.
- Business Yearbook Management:
- Lead the development and coordination of the annual Business Yearbook project.
- Collect, organize, and process student and business-related data into a structured publication.
- Work closely with students, faculty, and creative teams to ensure timely and professional delivery.
- Administrative & Program Support:
- Assist in planning and executing entrepreneurship-related events, workshops, and competitions.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field
- Experience in curriculum design, educational program management, or entrepreneurship-related projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; design or publishing tools are a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Preferably with knowledge or understanding of Social Entrepreneurship, which will be considered a strong advantage.
