Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Analyze customer network requirements and project scope
  • Implement network solutions based on approved Scope of Work
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues on customer sites
  • Create project and maintenance documentation
  • Escalate complex technical issues to principals/vendors when needed
  • Support ongoing and new network projects
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in networking
  • Strong understanding of:
    • OSI Layer
    • LAN, Switching, and WLAN
    • Routing (static & dynamic: OSPF, BGP, IS-IS)
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto products
  • Used to creating technical and maintenance documentation
  • Certifications such as CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching) are highly preferred
