Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology company specializing in enterprise software and SaaS solutions. As part of its continued business expansion, our client is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Manager to develop strategic client relationships, drive new business acquisition, and expand enterprise accounts within the Indonesian market. This position will be based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets within enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding revenue streams from existing enterprise clients.
  • Build, maintain, and accurately report a strong and healthy sales pipeline to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, deal, and transactional records within the CRM system.
  • Establish long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including solution consultants, customer success, and partners, to ensure successful solution delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership opportunities within client organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS solutions sales.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities, with the capability to articulate complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong passion for networking, relationship building, and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior decision-makers within large organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and closing large, complex enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Experience handling both transactional and strategic enterprise sales cycles.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently in a dynamic sales environment.
