Requirements
- Willing to be placed in Batam.
- Should be passionate about their work and versatile.
- Should be able to connect, empathize with students and inspire them.
- Excellent understanding of both verbal and non-verbal communication and maintaining student engagement.
- Willing to be placed on all ME branches in Batam and willing to teach at companies that collaborate with ME.
- Proficient in Ms. Office and administrative.
- Responsible and able to work in dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
- Work offline 6 days in a week from Monday to Friday (13.30-21.10) and Saturday (09.00-18.00).
- Teach General English for Adults, Business English, English for Teenagers and English for Kids.
- Develop teaching materials when necessary (textbooks are provided, but some supplementary materials are utilized from time to time).
- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents.
- Pre-testing new student and assist the sales team when customer need information the right program for their needs
- Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.
- Encourage and motivate students to study English.
