• Fluent in English both of Written and Reading (min. B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
• Communicative
• Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday & Permanent Night Shift
• Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
• Candidates can work immediately if they pass

Responsibility :

• Answering an Incoming chats, call and respond to Email
• Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
• Handle Customer Inquiries by Call
• Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
• Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
• Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete All Chat Logs
• Updating customers profile into computer
• Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
• Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
