Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Chat with customers and solve their questions in marketplace with care.
  • Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).
  • Escalate important matters when needed.
  • Hit performance goals (we'll help you get there!)
  • Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team!
  • Handling Live Chat Customer Service

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75)
  • Strong English skills (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus
  • Fast learner, independent, and ready to work
