We are hiring a Content Moderator (English) for our client in Denpasar, Bali. This role is full WFO and open to fresh graduates who can start immediately.
Requirements
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive content
- English proficiency (B2) with solid verbal communication
- Enjoys browsing social media (advantage)
- Experience in content moderation/BPO is a plus
- Minimum D3, fresh graduates welcome
- Willing to work shifts (including nights), weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (onsite)
Job Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, comments)
- Enforce community guidelines and remove violating content
- Maintain platform safety for short-video products
- Apply policies accurately and act quickly on violation reports
- Coordinate with supervisors on flagged or sensitive cases
- Audit content for social media uploads
- Review videos, complaints, and copyright-related notices
- Handle exposure to sensitive or potentially harmful material
