We are opening internship opportunities for fresh graduate and final-year students (option for full-time employment) who are eager to gain experience, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to real climate impact.
What You Will Do
- Identify and report minor and major design and implementation inefficiencies around the refrigerant recovery process from a technical perspective.
- Research, design, document, and implement process and technical improvements to improve the refrigerant recovery process.
- Provide technical support for the operations team on project site and/or warehouse.
- Provide support and guidance to 3rd-party technician/partners relating to the end to end refrigerant recovery process from Preparation to Final Gas Transfers.
- Document and report during pre-and-post refrigerant recovery projects.
Ideal Candidate
- Fresh graduate or final-year student with engineering background; preferably from refrigeration, mechanical, or mechatronics discipline, with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Past internships/employment experience in Research and Development, Engineering Implementation or similar roles; preferably around HVAC industry would be an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, research, improve, and having a high curiosity in technical point of view regarding HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achievements in terms of engineering designs, white papers, or technical implementation.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
