Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Surabaya, is for an Engineering Supervisor at Namira Syariah Hotel Surabaya. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee engineering and technical projects, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensure the hotel's facilities are functioning efficiently, and provide leadership for the engineering team. Responsibilities include managing construction and renovation projects, maintaining operational sustainability, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Engineering Management and Project Management to oversee technical and infrastructure projects
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of facilities and equipment
- Knowledge of Construction processes and standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and implement solutions promptly
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
