Engineering Supervisor

Calling all Engineering Leaders!

Were looking for an Engineering Supervisor to guide our team, oversee web scraping projects, and ensure smooth engineering workflows.

Bandung (On-site)

Job Description:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day engineering operations and team activities.

- Assist in developing and maintaining web scraping programs and scripts.

- Monitor and review the accuracy and quality of data collected and processed.

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members in solving operational issues.

- Ensure tasks are executed according to project timelines and standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- Maintain documentation of processes, issues, and improvements.

- Report progress, challenges, and needs directly to the Engineering Manager.

- Support the implementation of automation tools and best practices for efficiency.

- Perform other duties as required to support data operations and engineering activities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in data operations, engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising teams.

- Solid understanding of web scraping tools and technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

- Knowledge of databases and data quality control.

- Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud Computing is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

- Able to work under minimal supervision.

- Willing to work full-time on-site in Bandung.
