Direct, organize, and monitor the maintenance and repair of all equipment, machinery, and facilities in the storeincluding but not limited to cooking equipment, refrigeration units, stoves, air conditioning systems, electrical networks, clean air and waste processing systems, and gas lines.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established timelines, procedures, operational needs, and budget standards to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar industry (F&B, manufacturing, FMCG or facilities management).
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, production machinery, generators/power systems, cold storage, and preventive maintenance.
Proven experience in budgeting and maintenance reporting.
