Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing engineering teams, managing projects, and ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of products or systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation, maintain quality standards, and align engineering initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to achieve high performance and innovation.

Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets.

Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to define project requirements and priorities.

Ensure engineering processes, standards, and best practices are followed.

Manage design reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Drive continuous improvement in engineering methodologies, tools, and workflows.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product development and efficiency.

Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and prepare technical reports for senior management.

Support recruitment and retention of top engineering talent.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).

8+ years of engineering experience, including 35 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong technical background in the relevant engineering discipline.

Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range (U.S.):

Annual: $120,000 $170,000
