Engineering Manager(Consumer Electronics Complete Machines)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the production line layout planning for multi-batch, small-lot consumer electronics complete machines, optimize the entire process of component assembly, testing, and packaging, and enhance production rationality.

• Be responsible for on-site IE improvement, address production efficiency bottlenecks targeted, and continuously improve production line effectiveness.

• Coordinate the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade transformation of automated production equipment to ensure stable operation of equipment.

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and PMC teams, promote optimal production configuration, and ensure efficient order delivery.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Possess solid professional competence in production technology and practical experience in lean improvement.

• Strong self-motivation, courage to make breakthroughs, and continuous pursuit of technical and management capability improvement.
