Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Production Manager based in Batam City. The Production Manager will oversee daily production processes, ensure efficient operations, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing production teams, implementing process improvements, supervising inventory control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in production management, planning, and process optimization
• Experience in supervisory roles and managing production teams
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and process efficiency improvement methods
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, collaboration, and team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
• Can speak mandarin is a plus
