We are currently looking for a Engineer Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team by delegating tasks and responsibilities, providing training, development, and routine performance evaluations for team members.
- Build relationships with potential customers, analyze their needs, and identify suitable solutions.
- Deliver presentations and technical explanations to customers regarding the products or services offered.
- Provide technical support and creative solutions to overcome potential challenges.
- Utilize new methods to acquire customers.
- Take full responsibility for each project from start to finish.
- Placement in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering).
- Active proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Engineering Manager or Assistant Engineering Manager.
- Experience in Coating and Lining is an added advantage.
- Honest, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes in the market, technology, or customer needs.
