Engineering Management Trainee

Indonesia Defence Services Group is inviting driven and high-potential young engineers to join our Production Management Trainee Program. This program offers hands-on exposure to engineering project execution, production coordination, and operational management, with structured rotations across core operational functions. Successful candidates will be placed in business units aligned with their technical expertise, including aviation, land systems, maritime, and other defence-related domains.

What You'll Experience:

• Involvement in engineering and production-related projects from requirement definition through execution and delivery
• Exposure to project planning, coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Collaboration with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional internal teams
• Preparation of technical documentation, cost estimation, and operational reports
• Hands-on participation in installation, commissioning, testing, and site activities
• Day-to-day operational support across various production and engineering functions

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in operational, site-based, and project-driven environments
• Willing to work onsite in South Tangerang
