Role Overview:
- As a Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of full-stack applications while ensuring robust, scalable platform infrastructure. You'll combine hands-on coding with platform engineering expertise, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of both application development and DevOps best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the overall design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and APIs.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.
- Optimize platform performance, reliability, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver features and platform improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 37 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 1 year in full-stack web application development, and confident in using AI coding tools.
- Proficiency in tech stack technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React Libraries, or similar).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Knowledge of one or more of these cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent and concise communication skills in English.
- Agile and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.
Preferred requirements:
- Exposure with MLOps or machine learning infrastructure.
- Exposure to SaaS or B2B tech products.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (PDPA, privacy laws).
