Responsibilities :
- Manage and operate automation workflow platforms.
- Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions for Databases, Servers, and Network Devices.
- Develop infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Automate routine activities and support remediation workflows where applicable.
- Perform troubleshooting across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation layers.
- Collaborate with network, system, application, and security teams to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure logging, auditability, and compliance with internal security and governance standards.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience : 1+ years, fresh graduates welcome
- Technical Skills :
-Solid understanding of infrastructure operations, including Linux systems, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and service troubleshooting.
-Hands-on experience managing monitoring and observability tools.
-Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
