Job description:

- Balance driver supply with demand.

- Enhance driver utilization, service quality, and retention.

- Deliver an excellent driver experience through onboarding, incentives, and issue resolution.

- Facilitate feedback from drivers

- Field Engagement: Roadshows, command posts, and community events.

- Inside Engagement: Online help center, call center, and WhatsApp broadcasts.

Requirement:

1. Minimum S1
2. Experience: At least 1 year in driver/partner operations, community management, field engagement, or account
3. management.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with drivers from diverse backgrounds.
5. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and understanding of supply-demand metrics.
6. Comfortable with field activities, such as roadshows and business travel.
