Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage initiatives to boost our employer brand across social media and job boards.
- Craft engaging content that highlights our company culture, values, and work environment.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus outreach to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our tracking system to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist with various HR tasks and provide general administrative support.
What Were Looking For:
- Active students or recent graduates with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Availability to work from the office (WFO) for a minimum of 3 months.
