What You Will Do:
- Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and event visuals for employer branding and other HC projects.
- Edit videos, reels, and highlight clips for campaigns, events, and learning materials.
- Capture and document photos and videos during company activities and HC programs.
- Prepare creative assets for social media, internal platforms, newsletters, and digital screens.
- Organize and maintain the HC content library (photos, videos, templates, design assets).
- Adapt content for different formats and platforms while ensuring alignment with MIFX brand guidelines.
- Research and apply the latest design, video, and content trends to HC initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HC team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for projects.
What You Will Need:
- Fresh graduates or final year students of a Bachelor&aposs Degree in any field
- Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Able to edit videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with social media platforms and content formats.
- Portfolio of previous design or video work (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted).
- A detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
