Job Description

  • Support employer branding initiatives across social media and career platforms
  • Help create recruitment and branding content such as posters, videos, and campaign materials
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruitment administration, reporting, and candidate database management
  • Assist onboarding and employee engagement activities for new hires
  • Support campus hiring, career fairs, and other HR-related activities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Interested in recruitment, employer branding, and social media content
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
