Support recruitment administration including document collection, offering letter preparation, and data entry.
Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline tracker on a regular basis.
Create employer branding visual content (posters, infographics, etc.) Support video shooting for employer branding content, including coordinating employees as on-camera talent.
Edit and produce videos ready for publication across digital platforms.
Assist in building and maintaining the content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedule.
Help monitor content engagement and prepare basic performance reports for social media posts.
Persyaratan
Currently in the final year of study or recently graduated from Psychology & Management.
Have working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, or Glints, along with a foundational understanding of how recruitment works.
Comfortable using Canva to produce visual assets that support employer branding campaigns and social media content.
Experienced in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent software to create content ready for digital platforms.
Passionate about Employer Branding, Recruitment, or Human Capital prior involvement in campus organizations or communities will be viewed favorably.
Organized and attentive to detail when handling recruitment records and tracking candidate progress (experience with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage).
A strong communicator who is proactive and at ease when engaging with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
