As an Employee Experience, you will:
- Manage and enhance the overall employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure company culture is consistently implemented across all departments
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace experience
- Organize and manage internal company events such as town halls, employee gatherings, celebrations, wellness programs, appreciation activities, and other culture-related initiatives
- Support employer branding activities to strengthen the company's image as an employer of choice
- Create and implement culture programs aligned with the company's values, mission, and vision
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience to help new employees adapt smoothly and feel welcomed from day one
- Manage internal communications through emails, announcements, internal social platforms, and other communication channels
- Conduct employee engagement or satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvement initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
- Prepare reports, evaluations, and insights related to employee experience programs and engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative in developing employee engagement programs and internal activities
- Good understanding of employee engagement trends and modern workplace culture
- Experienced in organizing internal events and employee activities
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal communication tools/platforms
- Basic design skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
