Job Summary
This position acts as a key enabler of HR Business Partner effectiveness by supporting the delivery of people strategies, workforce initiatives, and organizational priorities. Working across multiple business functions, the role ensures that both operational HR processes and strategic HR projects are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with organizational goals. The role provides end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent management, employee movements, organizational changes, and HR governance activities. Through effective stakeholder collaboration, data-driven insights, and operational excellence, this position helps drive workforce readiness, strengthen people processes, and enable the successful implementation of HR initiatives that support business performance and organizational growth.
Job Description
Workforce Planning & Organization Readiness
- Support workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational readiness initiatives to ensure alignment between workforce capacity and business priorities
Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle
- Facilitate talent processes including recruitment, employee movement, promotions, contract management, and other employee lifecycle activities
HR Governance & Compliance
- Ensure workforce actions, employment practices, and people decisions comply with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Generate, analyze, and interpret workforce data to support decision-making and identify people-related risks and opportunities
HR Project & Initiative Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Stakeholder Partnership & HR Operations Excellence
- Partner with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure effective delivery of HR services while continuously improving processes and employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as HRBP, HR Shared Services, or related HR functions.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management, talent processes, workforce planning, and HR policies and procedures.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and labor regulations relevant to workforce administration and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
- Experience in preparing HR reports, workforce data analysis, and dashboard monitoring is preferred.
- Experience supporting HR projects, organizational initiatives, or process improvement activities is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
