About the Role
This role involves providing essential nursing care in emergency situations, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with medical teams. This position is a fixed-term contract directly employed under Lamina Hospital and is not an outsourced or third-party placement.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient triage and prioritize care based on emergency severity.
- Provide immediate nursing interventions for emergency and critical patients.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and life-saving interventions.
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure accurate documentation of nursing care.
- Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and comply with hospital SOPs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan NERS).
- Active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR Active).
- Holds valid emergency certifications such as PPGD, BTCLS, and/or HIPERKES.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Competent in emergency procedures, triage, and critical patient handling.
- Able to work under pressure with strong clinical judgment and professionalism.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in emergency nursing.
- Familiarity with hospital SOPs.
