Main Responsibilities
As the EIA Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible fo
- Maintenance Policy Management: Developing and implementing the EIA maintenance policy for each piece of equipment based on the overall strategy.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensuring annual preventive maintenance and managing corrective maintenance, including acting as an expert in the event of major failures.
- Reliability and Continuous Improvement: Implementing continuous improvement actions to optimize equipment reliability.
- Safety and Quality: Ensuring that installations comply with safety and environmental standards.
- Team Management: Planning the activities of team members, setting clear objectives, and ensuring their development and training.
Skills
- Expertise in Electricity, Instrumentation, and Automation (EIA).
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance management, including tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Team Management: Ability to motivate and develop the skills of team members.
- Organizational skills and the ability to optimize costs, timelines, and quality.
Education And Experience
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in a field related to EIA.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in EIA maintenance.
