Learn and be familiar with the electrical and mechanical utility standards of the facility, implement the standard requirements in daily work, and supervise supplier performance.
Strictly implement the annual maintenance plan, regularly review supplier work records, and assist in summarizing utility system performance.
Inspect electrical systems, mechanical equipment, utility rooms (such as electrical panels, generator rooms, pump rooms, and HVAC systems) on a weekly basis to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Regularly carry out testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure normal and reliable operation.
Coordinate with suppliers to complete improvement or modification of utility systems to meet operational requirements and ensure system safety and stability.
Be familiar with operation of major utility equipment (such as generators, compressors, HVAC systems), perform duty tasks, and record operational data, alarms, and faults.
Be familiar with equipment operation procedures and have strong awareness of safety, emergency response, and problem-solving.
Requirement :
Degree/Majors : High school degree or above (Diploma III / Bachelor Degree), major in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field is preferred.
Have good professionalism, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical & mechanical utility maintenance.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Understand relevant standards and regulations for electrical and mechanical systems.
Familiar with working principles of electrical and mechanical equipment, including basic troubleshooting and problem analysis.
Familiar with maintenance procedures and handling of abnormal conditions in utility systems.
Proficient in using office software (PPT/Excel/Word).
Have relevant certification (Electrical License / Mechanical Certification is preferred).
