Electric Power Engineer (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Participate in design reviews and assist regional project engineers.
• Oversee management of specialized project sections.
• Establish and implement electrical management systems and training programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and execute construction, renovation, and expansion plans for electrical systems.
• Create preventive maintenance plans and perform repairs.
• Optimize equipment operation management plans, including energy statistics and savings.
• Collect technical data, document acceptance, and maintain records.
• Develop engineering plans and emergency prevention measures.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and maintenance regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and lead troubleshooting.
• Evaluate outsourced electrical maintenance and repair projects.
• Ensure proper storage and availability of professional tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Power Engineering, Power System Automation Control, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with high/low-voltage power distribution systems (transformer capacity >10MVA).
• Project management and O&M experience for generators, UPS, etc.
• Experience coordinating with power supply departments.
• Ability to plan factory power distribution and implement energy-saving solutions.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• High responsibility, capable of energy consumption analysis and optimization.
• Experience in lithium battery plants preferred.
