Job Description

This position will be contract-based for 12 months.

EHS Supervisor

Responsibilities:

To understand and aware safety and health documents and procedures as per and ISO 45001:2018,iso 14001:2015, SMK3
To ensure implementation of Saint Gobain and local regulation on safety and health aspect.
To manage, implement and evaluate Risk Assessment program in daily basis in contract review.
To manage, implement and evaluate machinery safety for equipment and operating process.
To manage, implement and evaluate EHS inspection program.
To manage, implement and evaluate EHS campaign and promotion program.
To supervise work of daily contractors, perform permit to work and contractor safety management system
To supervise implementation finding close gap of Cross Audit , 60 sec, Risk reduction Project, 5S program.
To ensure all employees , transporter, supplier and contractors respect and implement EHS rules.
To support EHS Manager conduct internal audit related of Construction Project SG Standard and/or specific to SMK3 issue, to ensure all internal auditor understand SMK3 issue , so that recommendation may apply for day to day operation
To support and to give advices to Project Owner, Indev and Purchasing Department during involvement in Contractor Safety Management System
To conduct communication in Construction Project Site Workplace
To determine legal compliance regulation and others as appropiate in the implementation Contractor Safety Management System
To set up Construction Site Safety Supervision Planning Program
To provide EHS Training to contractors
To conduct coordination with Company Doctor and referral Hospital on managing inventory and competency of First Aid Team.
To ensure implementation of evacuation and drill program according in Standard Operational Procedure of Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
To conduct preparation of Construction Site Safety Superivision
To conduct audit and evaluation of effectiveness Construction Site Safety Supervision Program
To follow up and to monitor Corrective Action and Preventive Action
To report Construction Site Safety supervision program regularly to superior and related parties
To ensure implementation of Emergency Response Team.
To observe and to Monitor contractors safety behavior
