Position Overview
As an Educational Sales Consultant at E4B, your primary role is to generate new business opportunities by connecting with HR, Learning & Development, and Training Managers across various industries.
This is a proactive sales role focused on prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and identifying training needs within organizations. By understanding client challenges and recommending the right training programs, you will help companies improve their employees communication and professional skills.
Success in this role requires consistent outreach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term corporate clients.Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and reach out to HR Managers, Training Managers, and business leaders through LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp.
- Work with potential clients to create customised language training programs that match their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication.
- Help prepare proposals and price quotes.
- Conduct phone and online meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of E4B training programs.
- Meet sales targets and goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education or corporate training.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-focused.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Zoom, and CRM software.
