As part of its transformation strategy, Briton has developed a digital English-learning platform that supports schools, universities, and government agencies in strengthening English proficiency at scale. We are looking for amiddle to senior-level B2B sales professionalwho can drive institutional engagement, build strong partnerships, and lead the acquisition of education-sector clients across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, polytechnics, and schools.
- Lead outreach, presentations, proposals, and negotiations with institutional stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales and partnership pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve growth targets related to partners, contracts, and revenue.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven experience selling to education institutions (required).
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Confident in delivering presentations to institutional leaders.
- Target-driven, professional, and relationship-oriented.
- Willing to travel when required.
