Loc : Tebet, South Jakarta (WFO)
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.
- At least 1 -2 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service (with sales KPI), or sales
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude and desire to help customers and resolve issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience as a customer service representative, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat and provide accurate product information in shopee, tiktok and tokopedia.
- Recommend products, upsell, and cross-sell to drive online sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including order updates, after-sales support, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with order processing and packing to ensure accuracy and timely shipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to support business decisions.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Working hour: 8 hours per day in shifting basis. Should be willing to assign in night shift in campaign period - WFO
- Need to be flexible in adjusting shifts during campaign periods, including weekends and public holidays (weekend shifts may be scheduled during daytime as needed)
