Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surabaya. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the online storefront, optimize product listings, drive online sales, and analyze e-commerce platform performance. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, implementing sales strategies, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and familiarity with online sales strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sharp Analytical Skills for interpreting data and optimizing online store performance
• Sales experience with a focus on meeting and surpassing targets
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with marketing tools and e-commerce trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
