Having a proven exceptional experience of 1-2 years in managing e-commerce accounts.

Responsibilities:
Manage the operational online store, including but not limited to creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is current, and adding products to store categories.
Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
Act as liaison officer to communicate all online store programs and needs to the third-party marketplace.
Coordinate with other departments, customer service, and the warehouse for better results.
Manage and monitor the online store's stock.
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
Monitor online customer feedback and liaise with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
