Ecommerce Operation Lead

What you will do:

• Define and implement operational strategies for e-commerce growth.
• Lead and manage teams across inventory, fulfillment, and outbound logistics.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient stock management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including 3PL coordination.
• Optimize fulfillment processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor operational metrics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with supply chain, commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Manage vendor and third-party logistics relationships.
• Control operational budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in inventory, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of 3PL, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
