  • Drive e-commerce sales, profit, and brand growth.
  • Manage online stores across Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, trade, supply chain & finance teams.
  • Monitor sales, traffic & performance metrics; provide insights.
  • Collaborate with agencies & marketplace partners to boost ROI.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing & content accuracy.
  • Track competitors, trends & pricing for online competitiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (FMCG/personal care preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce platforms & shopper behavior.
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns, promotions & marketplace partnerships.
  • Analytical with hands-on experience in Google Analytics & ad tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, innovative & adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
