Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Optimize product listings (content, pricing, promotions, SEO, visibility)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage campaign planning, including mega campaigns, flash sales, and platform promotions
- Ensure stock availability, forecasting, and coordination with operations/logistics teams
Affiliate Program Management
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive incremental sales
- Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with affiliates and creators
- Track affiliate performance, ROI, and commission structures
- Collaborate with marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with brand objectives
Live Commerce & Host Management
- Plan and oversee live streaming strategy across platforms
- Recruit, train, and manage live hosts and KOLs
- Develop live selling scripts, promotional mechanics, and content angles
- Analyze live performance metrics (GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion rate)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging during live sessions
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team (marketplace admin, affiliate PIC, live team)
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, supply chain, and finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 12 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and platform features
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs and live commerce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into a strategy
- Experience handling sales targets and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience in the FMCG / beauty / fashion / retail industry is a plus
