We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to help manage our ecommerce account(s) and support parents/students for our sustainable education services.
Main Responsibilities
1.Handling Triftin's E-commerce Account (Secondhand Goods & Products)
-Take clear and attractive product photos
-Upload products to Shopee and update listings regularly
-Write accurate item descriptions (title, condition, price, category, tags)
-Keep stock and listing information up to date
-Support basic order processing and coordination with the team
2.Solira Edu (Sustainable Education Services)
-Respond to parent and student inquiries via WhatsApp/other channels in a friendly and timely manner
-Help students and parents register for classes, workshops, and programs
-Schedule classes and update attendance sheets/calendars
-Share information about programs, fees, and policies clearly
-Assist with processing payments and confirming registrations
-Escalate special cases or problems to the founder/teachers when needed
-Help to improve our customer service handbook and business flow with repetitive use cases
Requirements
-Able to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
-Comfortable chatting with customers (parents and students) politely and patiently
-Background or experience in customer service is preferred (online shop, call center, admin, front desk, etc.), but not mandatory
-Basic familiarity with Shopee or other online marketplace platforms (training will be provided)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to follow checklists/standard procedures
-Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic online tools
-No bachelor's degree required what matters most is your attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
