Fully responsible for the daily operations of the Shopee store in Indonesia, including store layout optimization, product listing/delisting, title and keyword optimization, and product detail page enhancement to improve overall store presentation and user browsing experience.
Develop store marketing strategies and promotional plans, including platform campaign participation (e.g., Shopee mega sales, themed events) and paid advertising (e.g., keyword ads, related product ads), to precisely reach target audiences and increase product exposure, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
Closely monitor store operation data, including traffic, sales, conversion rate, and advertising performance. Generate regular data reports, identify issues through data analysis, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to achieve store sales targets.
Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian e-commerce market, Shopee platform updates and policy changes, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and user pain points. Provide recommendations for product selection, pricing, and strategic adjustments.
Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure sufficient inventory and timely order fulfillment, improving operational efficiency while minimizing order cancellations and return rates.

Job Requirements
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Work Experience: 1+ year of Shopee operations experience; experience in the Indonesian market is preferred. Must be familiar with Shopee rules, tools, and promotional strategies, and capable of independently managing overall store operations.
Language Skills: Good reading and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Able to use both languages proficiently for platform-related tasks and communication. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Skill Requirements:
Proficient in e-commerce data analysis; skilled in using Excel, Shopee backend tools, or third-party analytics tools for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Strong product selection ability and market insight, with the capability to identify trending categories and potential best-selling products in the Indonesian market.
Familiar with e-commerce advertising logic and techniques, able to independently create and execute ad plans, control advertising costs, and improve return on investment.
