Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for our marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and Lazada).
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to improve performance.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on advertising and promotions.
- Manage relationships with external partners and logistics.
- Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Create regular reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure optimal stock availability with the production team.
- This position is located in Gading Serpong.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly in online sales supervision and strategy.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) as well as the algorithms used by each platform.
- Skills in negotiation and relationship management with third parties such as vendors, logistics providers, etc.
- Good problem-solving abilities, especially in operational issues.
